The Intermatic RC-LRSK1-WH is a long-range wireless switch finished in white and packaged as a kit that includes a remote control. It extends the long-range wireless switching function found elsewhere in the Intermatic smart home line by bundling in a handheld remote for controlling the connected load. Electricians and homeowners use this kit where wireless switching is needed at a fixed wall location as well as portable, remote-based control of the same load, without running additional wiring. Including the remote in the kit means the switch and the remote are matched and ready to be installed and paired together on the same job. As part of the Intermatic smart home wiring device family, the RC-LRSK1-WH is intended to work with the receivers and other wireless control components in this same product line, giving an installer both fixed and remote control options for a wireless load.
