The Intermatic IOS-DSIMF-WH is a residential in-wall PIR occupancy/vacancy sensor finished in white, and does not require a neutral wire. It mounts in place of a standard wall switch and uses passive infrared detection to control the connected lighting circuit. Electricians install this sensor switch in offices, break rooms, restrooms, and similar spaces to automatically switch lighting based on room occupancy, reducing the chance that lights are left on in an unoccupied room and helping meet lighting control energy code requirements.
