The Intermatic EH40 is a 7-Day Electronic Water Heater Time Switch wired for 240 volt service. This is the 240 volt counterpart to the EH10, offering the same 7 day electronic program so an electrician or homeowner can set a different water heater run schedule for each day of the week. Scheduling the water heater this way is intended to run the unit only during the hours hot water is needed, rather than continuously. The EH40 is stocked as an each within Intermatic's time switch product family.
