The Intermatic 156T1978A is extra/replacement trippers 1 ON and 1 OFF. Trippers are the small clip-on pins or tabs mounted on the dial of a mechanical Intermatic time switch that trigger the switch to turn a connected load on and off at set times. Electricians and service technicians replace trippers like these when the originals on a time switch are worn, lost, or broken, restoring the ability to program on and off points on the dial.
