The Intermatic 124--00157 is a screened wire guard insulator built for Intermatic's double-pole time switch line. This part fits the T103, T104, T105, T173, T174, T175, T176, T185, and WH40 models, positioning inside the switch housing to guard wiring and insulate it from other internal contacts. Because double-pole time switches carry two independent switching poles, the wire guard helps keep the wiring for each pole properly separated and protected within the enclosure. A technician replaces this insulator when the original has cracked or when rebuilding one of the listed time switch models.
